Written about the real property
The copy starts from the photos and details already in the project, not from a generic template where you swap the street name.
Listing copy
eFlow Copy reads the photos and property details already in the project and writes the listing description — at the length and in the register the portal asks for.
Why the copy
What changes when the description comes out of the same project as the photos.
The copy starts from the photos and details already in the project, not from a generic template where you swap the street name.
The portal, the social post and the direct send want different lengths. You ask for the version you need instead of trimming by hand.
The description, the graphic piece and the video come out of the same project, so they tell the same story about the property.
How it works
No long forms to fill in.
The photos already uploaded are the starting point. There is nothing to re-import.
You say what the listing has to convey and where it will be published. That sets the register and the length.
Floor area, layout, year and features are yours — confirm them in the copy before publishing. Anything unconfirmed does not belong in the listing.
The same copy serves as the caption for the video on social and as the message in the direct send to an interested contact.
Questions
Upload the photos, ask for the copy and compare it with what you would write in a hurry between viewings.
