Photo treatment

Real estate photo editing for better listings

Blown-out sky, dark room, midday light. eFlow’s photo treatment fixes the image you already have and hands it back ready for the portal gallery.

Why treat

The first photo decides whether there is a second click

What treatment solves in the portal gallery.

Consistent light and colour

Photos shot at different hours show up in the gallery. Treatment brings their register closer so the set reads as one.

Exteriors with the right sky

A blown-out white sky flattens a façade. Sky replacement and the twilight conversion give it its contrast back.

The same photo, no reshoot

No need to return to the property or wait for better weather. You work on the photo already in the project.

How it works

From the original photo to a publishable version

One treatment at a time, on the project’s photos.

  1. 1

    Upload the property photos

They stay in the project and become available to every product, including the video and the graphic piece.

  2. 2

    Choose the treatment

Colour grading, sky replacement, twilight conversion, upscaling, decluttering, wall recolouring, flooring swap.

  3. 3

    Compare before and after

You see both versions side by side before deciding. If the treatment did not improve that photo, you do not use it.

  4. 4

Carry the treated version into the other products

The treated photo is the basis for the video, the graphic piece and the per-portal pack — with nothing to re-import.
