Readable scale
With no sofa or bed in the image, the buyer has no size reference. Furniture gives them the scale of the room.
Furnish without furniture
An empty bedroom does not communicate size. eFlow’s virtual staging furnishes the room in the photo you already have, keeping the architecture, the windows and the light of the real space.
Why staging
What furniture solves in a listing photo.
With no sofa or bed in the image, the buyer has no size reference. Furniture gives them the scale of the room.
An empty room could be anything. Furnished, it shows what it is for — office, nursery, dining room.
Physical staging means rental, transport, assembly and a second photo shoot. Here you work on the photo you already took.

How it works
The treatment runs on the photo in the property project.
A level photo with walls and floor visible. The more of the space is framed, the better the furniture sits.
In Photo Enhancer you pick virtual staging. There is also the reverse — removing existing furniture — for when the home is full of the owner’s belongings.
You describe the register you want for the room. The treatment keeps the architecture, the windows and the light of the original photo.
The image goes into the listing identified as carrying virtual furniture. Without that disclosure, it is the listing that is at risk.

Pick the photo of the property that draws the least interest and stage it. That is where the difference shows most.
